Our traditional wedding planning packages include everything you need to have a worry-free wedding on the Sunshine Coast, plus many extras! We offer full wedding planning services, Coastal coordination and complete design & decor packages. Our goal is to seamlessly integrate all aspects of your wedding, from matching your bouquets to your wedding gown, to enhancing the venues with lighting to highlight key features, to sourcing all the flourishes and details that bring everything together. Making every moment memorable is what we do best. CEREMONY ONLY PACKAGE
Starting at 20 people
A Ceremony Only package provides a thoughtfully curated experience, focusing solely on the ceremony without the added complexities of a reception or traditional wedding planning services. Coastal Weddings & Events has designed countless wedding ceremonies — from traditional church weddings and barefoot beach vows to outdoor exchanges and even whimsical comic book character-themed nuptials. Perfect for couples who desire a simple yet elegant ceremony, this package provides a complete, detailed wedding design plan while allowing you to manage the reception and celebration details separately.
Ceremony Only Package includes:
- Location↠ At your venue of choice
- 2 – 4 hours
- Custom-designed ceremony (including floral arch with two, two foot floral pieces)
- Choice of archways: Triangle, Hexagon, Gold Circle, 2 stands or Classic Cedar
- Florals for the couple – Custom bouquet and boutonniere (or 2 bouquets / 2 boutonnieres)
- Wood Signing Table
- Venue tear down
Add ons:
- $5 per person per chair
- $10 per person for sparkling wine with juice option, including champagne flute
- $10 per person for cake including cake knife, forks and plates
- $20 per person Charcuterie table including linens and plates
- $250 for staff person to assist onsite
- $200 – $300 Officiant ** Depending on location

We offer a wide selection of our own carefully curated wedding décor rentals and custom floral arrangements, and if we don’t have what you want we can bring it in for you because we have established relationships with vendors and service providers all along the Sunshine Coast and beyond.
Design & Decor Package includes:

- A complete wedding design (including a detailed design plan)
- Full set up and tear down of your decor

This all-inclusive package covers every aspect of wedding planning from start to finish – combining traditional planning services, Coastal coordination, and complete wedding design. When you want someone reliable to help with the picking up, scheduling, vendor referrals, and help with all the last-minute details, this is the package you need.
Wedding Planning Package includes:
- Location ↠ At venue of your choice
- Planning starts right away
- Initial meeting to find out all the details about your wedding (on the phone for out-of-town clients)
- Professional wedding planning services by award winning Coastal Weddings & Events
- A complete wedding design (including a detailed 4 to 5 page design plan), full set up/tear down of your decor
- Discussion of timing and logistics
- Vendor referrals, helping you pick the perfect team
- Setting up and distributing a timing schedule to all relevant persons involved in the wedding day celebration
- Confirmation and coordination with all contracted vendors
- Meeting the week of the wedding to finalize logistics & collect items for wedding day (when you arrive for out-of-town clients)
- Comprehensive, detailed ‘Wedding Day Itinerary’
- Attend and oversee wedding rehearsal (also help with decor for rehearsal if needed)
- Wedding planner and planning assistant as well as set up crew depending on decor requirements
- Greet vendors and set-up of ceremony & reception
- Help to get the wedding party in place to walk down the aisle: Flowers are held correctly, cue bridesmaids and ensure the timing is perfect and the wedding dress trains are straight
- Coordinate reception activities with DJ and MC
- Help photographer get the photos that you have requested
- Keep activities on schedule per timeline
- Distribute final payments as needed to service providers
