Coastal Weddings has partnered with Sunshine Coast Air and Paige Lorraine Photography for couples who want to add a little adventure to their elopement or wedding! Experience floatplane flying with pick up in Vancouver at YVR or Vancouver Harbour, or from Sechelt, or customize your wedding on the Sunshine Coast with fly in service to resorts, private docks or beaches.
Adventure Wedding locations accessible by air:
Fly to the sandy shores of the Thormanby Islands, with calm waters and white sand beaches stretching as far as the eye can see. These picturesque islands are located 17 km west of Sechelt, on a sprawling spit with sun-bleached driftwood and sloping sand cliffs along the beautiful island coastline.

Say ‘I do’ at the world-famous Chatterbox Falls at the end of B.C’s Princess Louisa Inlet. The scenery is incredible with the waterfall cascading down the rocky cliff, majestic granite-walled gorge, and snow-tipped mountains rising sharply from the water’s edge to heights in excess of 7000 feet. (3 hour experience)

Get married at Chatterbox Falls and then fly to a gorgeous and remote glacier lake with a beautiful mountain range as your view… right here on the Sunshine Coast of BC. Coastal Weddings & Events creates unforgettable, all-inclusive adventure elopement packages for couples on British Columbia’s Sunshine Coast. While we offer expert advice, suggestions, and a variety of options, the final decisions are always yours – because it’s your special day. Our dedicated team is here to help bring your elopement vision to life, from the flowers to the cake and every design detail in between.
Adventure Elopement by Air includes:

- Professional wedding planning & design by award winning Coastal Weddings & Events
- BC Marriage Commissioner
- Deluxe bouquet and boutonniere – your choice of flowers (option to have 2 bouquets/boutonnieres)
- Professional wedding photography – with coverage leaving from the dock, during flight and 1 hour on location and an online album filled with gorgeous wedding photos of the two of you
- Vendor & timeline management
- A selection of wedding music to be played during the ceremony
- Supervise ceremony to make sure everything goes to plan
- Flight to and from location with an hour hold at location *additional time available upon request
- A bottle of champagne with 2 champagne flutes
- Wedding cake, perfect for two, with keepsake serving set

Chatterbox Falls – Two planes: $8,250
- You can bring more people by chartering another aircraft. The plane fits 6 people and is filled with your planner, photographer, marriage commissioner, pilot and you.
