We worked with Rebecca and Jared on their adventure elopement this past August. The couple contacted us only six weeks in advance to plan this special day and the results were stunning! Therefore, we are so excited to share this alpine lake elopement with you at Marion Lake on the Sunshine Coast, BC.
A Waterfall Wedding Ceremony
Our vendor team boarded the Sunshine Coast Air floatplane on a beautiful August day eager for this alpine lake elopement. Immediately, we flew into the beautiful Princess Louisa Inlet for what was going to be a stunning adventure elopement ceremony. The couple chose their first destination to be the world-famous Chatterbox Falls. At the base of the waterfall, Rebecca and Jared said their vows in an intimate wedding ceremony.
Upon returning to the marina, the newlywed couple enjoyed an impromptu concert by locals. With a trumpet, pots, and pans locals serenaded the newlyweds. After the wedding ceremony, Rebecca and Jared indulge in a petite wedding cake while signing their marriage license. Nougatine Bakery did an excellent job at providing a petite lemon cake with vanilla buttercream.
Alpine Lake Elopement Photos
In addition to their waterfall ceremony, this couple wanted to add a second stop to their trip. So, we stopped at Marion Lake which was a crystal clear alpine lake and was absolutely PERFECT for this Alpine lake elopement. Paige from Paige Lorraine Photography captured this alpine lake elopement location perfectly! She was able to capture the breathtaking glass-like water in the portraits. As well as the beauty in the turquoise blue water and the most picturesque mountain views. This hidden gem was the perfect ending to this adventure elopement day!
