CEREMONY ONLY PACKAGE

Starting at 20 people

A Ceremony Only package provides a thoughtfully curated experience, focusing solely on the ceremony without the added complexities of a reception or traditional wedding planning services. Coastal Weddings & Events has designed countless wedding ceremonies — from traditional church weddings and barefoot beach vows to outdoor exchanges and even whimsical comic book character-themed nuptials. Perfect for couples who desire a simple yet elegant ceremony, this package provides a complete, detailed wedding design plan while allowing you to manage the reception and celebration details separately.

Ceremony Only Package includes:

  • Location↠ At your venue of choice
  • 2 – 4 hours
  • Custom-designed ceremony (including floral arch with two, two foot floral pieces)
  • Choice of archways: Triangle, Hexagon, Gold Circle, 2 stands or Classic Cedar
  • Florals for the couple – Custom bouquet and boutonniere (or 2 bouquets / 2 boutonnieres)
  • Wood Signing Table
  • Venue tear down

Add ons:

  • $5 per person per chair
  • $10 per person for sparkling wine with juice option, including champagne flute
  • $10 per person for cake including cake knife, forks and plates
  • $20 per person Charcuterie table including linens and plates
  • $250 for staff person to assist onsite
  • $200 – $300 Officiant ** Depending on location
  • $1,500 – $3,000 – Photographer ** 2 hour min

The team at Coastal Weddings & Events are innovative and creative, skilfully setting the stage for your wedding ceremony. We offer a wide selection of our own carefully curated wedding décor rentals and custom floral arrangements, and if we don’t have what you want we can bring it in for you because we have established relationships with vendors and service providers all along the Sunshine Coast and beyond.

Design & Decor Package includes:

  • Location ↠ At Resorts only
  • A complete wedding design (including a detailed design plan)
  • Full set up and tear down of your decor
