We can help, from driftwood arches, specialty linens, vases and vessels, urns, pedestals, furniture, charger plates, cake stands, signage and more. You will walk through the design process and be presented with a vision of your desired look and feel incorporating. We know our stock inside and out, so we can recommend styles and specific items that fit your vision, theme, venue, and budget. We will walk you through the design process and upon completion present you with a with a detailed vision of your desired look and feel. Come your wedding day we will set up and complete your vision – all while you are sipping mimosas and getting your hair done. We will even come and show you pics along the way – sounds awesome right??

Rentals are available to Coastal Weddings clients who have purchased a decorating or planning package, with the exception of our wedding tents, dance floor, driftwood arch, white chairs and some linens which may be rented subject to availability without a Design and Decor package – please contact us for more details. We are always on the lookout for new and interesting things to add to our list of rentals and our inventory is constantly growing. If you want to do more than just a sit-down meal, then you must remove tables or use a larger tent. The tent area has many uses, such as D/J, buffet tables, dance floor, coffee station, cake table, a long head table etc.
The dance floor can have the buffet tables on it until after the meal and then the tables removed to make room for dancing. Or if the food is not served in the tent, additional tables could be on the dance floor and removed after the meal, and guests would be redistributed among the remaining tables. There are many choices and variants, all which depend on your personal needs or the uniqueness of your yard.
